We had a vision of creating a bread/tortilla substitute that was highly nutritious, free of major food allergens (including gluten) and convenient for an on-the-go busy lifestyle. It took more than a year of testing with only nutrient dense and life-enhancing ingredients and preparation techniques to realize our vision. The development of Pure Wraps has been a labor of love and has quickly become the signature product for Improv’eat.
Pure Wraps (Original) are made from coconut meat, coconut water, freshly ground organic golden flaxseed and Himalayan salt. Pure Wraps (Organic Curry) are made the same way as our Original variety but with the addition of organic curry. These wraps are highly nutritious because we maintain the living enzymes found in coconuts through the process of dehydration instead of cooking. Pure Wraps are classified as raw food, vegan, gluten-free and is free of all major food allergens. They are used in place of a tortilla wrap and can be filled with any type of filling. We have used wild salmon, organic fermented vegetables, organic wild rice and beans and scrambled eggs and salsa. Let your creativity be your guide!
Pure Wraps ingredients offer significant health benefits. Young coconut meat contains healthy fat, is low in carbohydrates and cholesterol-free. Young coconut water is rich in potassium which helps maintain healthy skin, hair and nails. Additionally, it helps digestion, absorbtion of nutrients and bowel function. Organic freshly ground golden flaxseed is a good source of omega 3’s and beneficial fiber. Himalayan salt contains all of the 84 elements found in your body.
